Following a previous, successful UK pilot, Nordic Fit Mama, the health and wellbeing brand from Finland, is back for its official UK 2022 launch.  The award-winning, medically recommended post-natal training programme was founded by Riina Laaksonen, a mother of three, an entrepreneur, a surfer, and a snowboarder.  Nordic Fit Mama has already coached 20,000+ Finnish women since 2018.  All its exercises are planned and approved by physiotherapists and gynaecologists.

Our job is to help launch Nordic Fit Mama’s Post Natal Programme through b2c and b2b media campaigns,  social media and network outreach.
