Our lifestyle brand work includes promoting restaurants, fashion retailers, franchise brands…all aiming to change the face of the UK high street. Our experience extends from introducing a French cookery school to supporting a partnership for Lavazza (a brand with which we worked for 19 years) at The Championships, Wimbledon. With Nando’s we were in at the early days of them establishing them as the home to the legendary flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken (another long relationship that lasted 12 years) with some great stunts and events and, at the other end of the scale, we have also supported a restaurant within a hotel. For us, it’s always a matter of finding fans in this challenging and competitive market. We’re called upon to generate high profile coverage time and time again but we also have the knowledge and attention to detail that means we can advise a Japanese kimono boutique on their signage and customer engagement strategy for example.
Tom McNeile, former Managing Director at L’atelier des Chefs said:“It took us a few agencies to find the right one. Rochester PR is great to work with, they add value and deliver superb media results. I know that our goals are aligned and they are just as focused on our success as we are.”
Doris Wu, Overseas Marketing Supervisor, at ready-to-wear women’s fashion label JNBY from Hangzhou, China said: “Rochester PR Group has a wealth of relevant experience working with Chinese companies. They understood what we knew and didn’t know and were able to explain best practise in the UK, all of which helped get the campaign up and running speedily.
Despite the time difference, they were always responsive and available when we needed them. Rochester’s work increased our fan base and awareness of our brand and made the most of the collaboration with our partners which added value to our business. We would definitely recommend them to other international businesses like us! “
Tiziana Radicci, Events, Public Relations Office, Lavazza (Italy) said: “Lavazza has now completed its sixth year of working with Rochester PR as part of the company’s hospitality programme as the Official Coffee of Wimbledon. With guests flying in over a two week period, and hotels, restaurants, marquee days and transfers to and from Wimbledon to organise, Rochester has been an invaluable, calming and efficient support in the face of a flurry of tennis related activity. We are delighted that with Rochester’ s help the Wimbledon fortnight has run smoothly each year and that our VIP guests have always enjoyed a memorable experience.”
