For those who don’t know, VSO is the world’s leading international development organisation that uses volunteers to fight poverty and reduce inequality globally. CEO Philip Goodwin says of this year’s special event, “Over 20 years, the VSO Christmas Carol Concert has become a ‘must do’ for anyone looking for a special moment in their Christmas season. This year’s concert has a fantastic musical line up and all the proceeds raised on the night go towards our programmes to end poverty in Africa and Asia. It is certain to be an unforgettable night, with a lot of magic and stardust in the air.”

Full details of the event can be found here and we can confirm that the charity’s patron, HRH The Princess Royal and actress Juliet Stevenson will both be in attendance, with entertainment from the prestigious City of London Choir and youth chamber choir Inner Voices. There will also be guest solo performances from Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter, Angélique Kidjo, violinist Jyotsna Srikanth and X Factor China singer Mary-Jess Leaverland.

We hope you can make this great evening and look forward to seeing you there!
