We are working with New Zealand social enterprise Child Labor Free in support of their UK launch in advance of World Day Against Child Labor this Sunday, 8th June. Coverage achieved so far for this amazing cause includes London Street Art Design, BBC World Service – World Business Report (17:07 and 19:03), LDN Grafitti, Families Online and Charity Choice.
Yesterday morning we were down at 17 Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch for a photo-call and reveal of Child Labor Free’s graffiti art work in collaboration with street artists Victoria Villasana and Zabou which highlights the issue as well as their limited edition organic cotton t-shirts which are now available to buy at https://www.childlaborfree.com/site/shop. Made by Freeset, 100% of the profits from these £20 t-shirts will go towards the development of a Child Labor Free child care centre for high risk children in the red light district of Kolkata, India.
The aim is to sell 3,000 of these charity t-shirts in the coming weeks and we have bought five which are up for grabs for five lucky Twitter winners, so check out our Twitter to enter or buy one at https://www.childlaborfree.com/site/shop. Support the campaign on social media by saying no to #allworknoplay.
